


Natalie Compton is the Knowledge Coordinator of the Lighthill Risk Network. Natalie holds an MSc in Management and Information Systems from the University of Manchester where she wrote her masters thesis on ‘e-Government in the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS)’.
Before coming to the UK she managed an Education Development Project Office for the OECS in St. Lucia. There, her primary roles were to build and maintain the network of Education Ministry contacts and to facilitate communication between all project stakeholders. Natalie has also completed professional qualifications in Human Resource Management at the University of the West Indies in the Caribbean.
